Faroudja's Enhanced New FDP-DILA3 Digital Projector Package
Stanton Public Relations for Faroudja Laboratories
04/14/2004

The Package features a compact projector that uses three 1400x1050-pixel display chips based on D-ILA technology. A custom-made anamorphic lens and Home Theater Optimization by highly regarded video expert William Phelps assure superior high-definition image accuracy and performance on wide 16 x 9 screens.

The DILA3 Package is available with Faroudja's advanced new DVP1500 Digital Cinema Source Home Theater processor, with built-in DVD player, or with Faroudja's NRS-DVI Video Processor. The DVP1500 combines a DVD drive with a full-featured Faroudja video processor to optimize the digital quality of both the audio and video elements of DVDs. It also converts all other analog sources to DVI and sends all signals to the display via a pixel-accurate DVI output.

Faroudja's unique combination of projector, processing and optimization create a stunning Home Theater experience.

The DILA3 Projector Package was previewed at the recent Consumer Electronics Show, and is now beginning to ship. The suggested price is $31,995 with DVP1500, and $25,995 with the NRS-DVI.
