DWIN introduced the Transvision® 3E, an enhanced new version of its 720p high definition projector.
01/01/2005

LAS VEGAS - At the 2005 CES show here, DWIN Electronics, Inc. introduced the Transvision® 3E, an enhanced new version of its 720p high definition front video projector system featuring DarkChip3 DLP® technology from Texas Instruments and a proprietary new color wheel.

Suggested retail value for the system is $11,950. The system will be available in February 2005.

The new projector creates images with higher on-screen contrast and improved shadow detail in dark scenes due to increased grey scale resolution and expanded color bandwidth.  Richer, more vibrant color images are created by DWIN’s proprietary new color wheel, with dichroic filters specially tuned to achieve an optimal balance of brightness and color accuracy.

Exceptional movie theater realism is achieved with DWIN's acclaimed video signal processing. Deep black levels and natural color reproduction are secured with precision gray scale settings and gamma selections; motion artifacts are reduced with Adaptive Film Mode processing; and picture depth is increased with Signal Dynamic Range expansion.
